These Terms and Conditions apply  to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

PRICING

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We only provide size return and exchange for bottoms, dresses/one piece and setwear only, except sales items, free size items and those stated not applicable, and strictly no cash refund. All the return and exchange must be done within 7 days upon items received and all items must be in original condition.

DELIVERY

All orders with ready stock items shall be shipped within 1-3 days once payment received. Preorder items will be shipped around 15-20 days from the date of payment. We are using DHL Malaysia for local shipping; it takes 1-3 days to reach your address for West Malaysia ; 7-10 days for East Malaysia.

Note: You can check your tracking number in your email after we shipped out. The shipping or delivery proof will only keep for one month after delivered. 

PREORDER ITEMS

Preorder items allow you to secure your piece first during manufacturing process. Preorder items takes around 15-20 days while the actual stock arrival date might earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delayed, longer manufacturing time and etc. Request to cancel order in such reason will be rejected.

Preorder might be cancelled due to lack of fabric, insufficient stock arrive. Full refund will be given in such cases. Preorder are produced in different batches, please kindly allow a discrepancy of 20% for each batch in terms of colour and measurement. No exchange & return is allowed in such circumstances.
 

For order consist of preorder items & ready stocks will be mailed together after all preorder item(s) arrived. If you want to mail out preorder items & ready stocks separatly, please place order separatly. No notification email will be sent for such updates unless otherwise stated. All backorder are strictly non cancelable/refundable once the order is being processed.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
