Kindly take note that items in store are pre-ordered unless able to choose "Ready Stock" option.

We ship out orders the next day after stock arrival.

When will my preorders items arrive?

All preorder items estimate arrival date will be 2-4 weeks, the actual stock arrival date might earlier or later due to unforeseen circumstances such as shipment delayed, longer manufacturing time and etc. Request to cancel order in such reason will be rejected.

When will my order be mailed if there is preorders and ready stock items in my order?

All orders consist of preorders and ready stock item will be mailed out together. 

*Do take note that single order with multiple Backorder items will be mailed on the latest arrival date of all preorders items.

Can I amend/cancel my preorder items?

No. All preorders items are strictly not refundable /cancelled once the payment has been made.
